The cast of Game of Thrones is star studded, and over the years, even those who starred on the show in the early years of their careers, have had them skyrocketed because of the popularity of the show. Emilia Clarke, who plays Daenerys Targaryen, is one such star. She has been picky with her other projects, having starred in the romantic drama Me Before You, and more recently, in the yet to be released horror flick, Voice from the Stone. ComingSoon.netposted an exclusive clip from the movie, which shows Emilia’s character run into a creepy old lady. In case you don’t remember, here’s the synopsis of the film by ComingSoon.net :
“Game of Thrones‘ Emilia Clarke plays Verena, a gifted teacher and nurse who is summoned to the estate of a widow (Marton Csokas) and his young son in the Tuscany countryside and, as she wades through the dense fog surrounding the home, she immediately feels something is off. Turns out the boy hasn’t uttered a word since the death of his mother and the grieving patriarch is so shell shocked by his loss, he hasn’t had the energy or ability to reach him. But Verena is up for the challenge, gently bonding with the mute boy, day by day. But when first the boy, then Verena, hears harsh whispers coming from behind a stone wall of the house, Verena becomes convinced the dead woman is haunting the house and that somehow she is slowly, surely becoming the mother.”
