In one of the recent interviews with Sky News, Maisie discussed life after Game of Thrones, and the final season. Read on!
Speaking of the long wait to Season 8, and spoilers, she said :
“It is (a long time) but I’ve never worried about it because I know that people don’t really want secrets and I don’t think that I’ve ever really struggled with it because people think that they want to know everything but as soon as they do it’s just underwhelming.”
She added the long wait did have an upside for her :
“Also I’m thrilled because it’s prolonging my final year on the show. I want it to last forever.”
She then spoke about wanting to do theatre after she was done with Game of Thrones :
“After doing this and really working on my voice I would love to do theatre.
It would be wonderful to constantly stay inside my comfort zone but I think I owe it to myself just keep pushing myself and wanting to do more different things and new and exciting things.”
Well, we would love to see Maisie take to the stage. What about you? Talk to us in the comments, down below!
