The kid actors on House of the Dragon season one stole all our hearts with their incredible talent. Everyone adores the Velaryon brothers since they have been obedient and innocent throughout the season, with many fans even praising Rhaenyra Targaryen (Emma D’Arcy) for raising them so well. Jacaerys Velaryon (Harry Collett) and Lucerys Velaryon (Elliot Grihault) engaged in some intense swordfight practice in the final episode, with the younger one being pushed to the ground for not being willing to take up responsibility. But, it turns out the actors loved shooting sword fight scenes.
In a recent Q&A session, collected by the aptly named Twitter account The Blacks, Harry said that the sword he used in that scene is his favorite prop from the show. He reflected, “I’m just trying to think if I did steal anything, I don’t think I did, because I remember coming in at half of Season 1 and not stealing anything. But I didn’t wanna get fired straight on.”
“If I could take anything, it would have been my sword, really. But I think it would have been very dangerous and illegal. So for reasons and the law I probably wouldn’t have taken the sword. I think, if I ever have to, I would have taken the sword.”
