Now, if you remember, the Season 7 premiere clocked in about 10.11 million viewers. The latest episode, titled ‘The Spoils of War‘, has beaten the record, albeit by a whisker. A report by Showbuzz Daily says that the episode got over 10.17 million viewers. Game of Thrones ruled over the Sunday, as usual, getting a bit less than three times as much viewers as the second on the list. HBO on the whole took a large piece of the cake, with five shows in the top ten list.
It is interesting to see that the latest Game Of Thrones episode has broken the viewership record despite the episode getting leaked online.
