Season 2 of HBO’s Game of Thrones prequel House of The Dragon is presently in production. Fans have so far showered the fantasy epic with love, much like they did with its predecessor, praising the characters, plotlines, settings, and other elements that make it so captivating.

Who will play Lord Cregan Stark in House of The Dragon?
The information was previously kept under wraps, but now we know who the young Lord of Winterfell is owing to a story that was just released by the Twitter account House the Dragons, which has a decent track record of correctly foretelling show-related news. Rumour has it that Tom Taylor, who starred in The Last Kingdom, will play Lord Cregan Stark.
Why is Cregan Stark so important?
Throughout the eras of Kings Viserys I, Aegon II, Aegon III, and Daeron I Targaryen, Cregan Stark served as the Lord of Winterfell and the head of House Stark. He was regarded as one of the greatest swordsmen in the kingdom.
He was a great leader in part because of his intimidating and commanding demeanor. Cregan played a significant role in putting Rhaenyra’s son Aegon III on the throne at the end of the civil war.
Which character did Tom Taylor play in The Last Kingdom?
Tom played young Uhtred in the 2015 medieval drama The Last Kingdom. He played the youthful future Earl of Northumbria in the first season of the very famous historical epic.
That same year, he won his second part as Sean Bean’s younger self as “Martin Odum” in season two of the crime thriller Legends.
