Game of Thrones Season 8 filming is currently going on in full swing, and we have been bringing you all the hottest updates, right from the sets. Recently we shared exclusive photos of a siege weapon, a Trebuchet, being spotted on the sets on Game of Thrones Season 8, and now we have more! The Trebuchet has now been seen in action, being tested. Read on!
As we had previously seen, there is a giant siege weapon being set up on the sets of Season 8 of Game of Thrones, specifically on the giant set in the Titanic Quarter in Belfast, Northern Ireland. The set is still under construction, and it seems like sh*t is about to go down. Don’t believe us? Take a look at the video of the trebuchet in action, thanks to@a_red_priestess :

Yeah. We pity the ones on the receiving end of that. The giant set still has an air of mystery around it, as we still have no good guesses at what location it will be used for. Speaking of the other sets, there has been more activity spotted on the Winterfell set at Moneyglass, this time showing two wooden heads, the kind usually used for CGI for the animals in the show :

There’s a good chance Cersei owns that trebuchet, especially since she is the one with the position and pomp required to use such a weapon. Qyburn could have cooked it up. As for the wooden props, they’re probably just Dragon heads.
