The final season of Game of Thrones was confirmed to be aired in the first half of 2019 by the HBO programming president – Casey Bloys. With the filming wrapped up, we often come across various interviews with the cast members. Recently, the TIME interviewed Jacob Anderson, who plays Grey Worm in Game of Thrones.
Jacob is an actor who wears many hats – one where he plays an unsullied soldier in Game of Thrones, speaking a different accent, and the other where he is passionate towards music, going by the name of Raleigh Ritchie. His latest single “Time in a Tree” is premiering on the TIME and he is all set to launch his second music album.
On being asked to share his thoughts on Game of Thrones filming now coming to end, he said,
“And now I’ve got all the time in the world! It does feel weird. I think I’d managed to tell myself for a few years that I love doing that show, it’s great, but ultimately I’ve got lots of stuff to do. And then it ended and I was like, ‘I’m going to miss you all so much!’ I got really swept up.”
Also, on being asked which of his co-stars would he like to feature in his single, he replied:
“I feel like I would like to get a skit from Rory McCann, who plays The Hound. I’d get a skit of just Rory swearing.”
