A long lost Game of Thrones alum has been making the news a lot lately, We’re talking about none other than Jason Momoa, who played Khal Drogo on the show. He is currently on a promotional run for his new movie, Justice League, in which he will be playing Aquaman, and he has been going around the UK. We updated you about his meetups with Game of Thrones cast last week, and this time we have another entertaining piece from the same man! It appears that Jason Momoa still remembers his Dothraki from his time as Khal Drogo. Read on!
Jason Momoa was recently on The Graham Norton Show. and he decided to charm the audience by giving a little throwback to his days as Khal Drogo by speaking some Dothraki, which he still knows, despite not having had to use it for years. He spoke in two phrases one to fellow guest Sarah Millican and the other for Hugh Grant. Watch the clip, below :
The two phrases translate to “You are the Moon of my Life,” and “The rain will fall on your rotting skin until nothing is left of you but bones,” so seems like Jason still remembers the best of his role on the show. Let’s not forget that Dothraki is quite complicated, so it’s quite a job learning dialogues in the first place, forget remembering them years later, so hats off to the Khal!
We do hope that Jason Momoa will make a little comeback in Season 8 of Game of Thrones, but maybe it’s hoping for too much. What do you think? He certainly won’t need to learn the language anew! Talk to us in the comments, down below!
